The Mason Tenders Training Fund provides practical training in many jobs skills through nationally recognized training courses. Topics range from Scaffolding to hazardous waste removal to blueprint reading. Over time, a Laborer can enhance his or her skills and become eligible for more job opportunities. New entrants join the union through an apprenticeship program that combines skills training with classroom activities and on-the-job experience.
