HAZARDOUS WASTE WORKER REFRESHER                             8 Hours

The course reviews information provided in the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Worker course. In addition, new regulations, technologies, and advancements are covered. During this presentation, skilled hazardous waste workers have an opportunity to discuss their work experiences.  Hazard Recognition, Hazard Communication, Health Effects, Personal Protective Equipment, Decontamination, Site Safety and Health Plan, Material Handling and Sampling, Workplace Monitoring, Permit-required Confined Space are covered.
